The entire site — its design, texts, photographs, films, 3D renders, marks and code — is the property of Studio Calanque or its clients, and is protected by French and international intellectual-property law. No element may be reproduced, modified or distributed without prior written permission.

Client work shown in the portfolio remains the property of the respective brands and is presented with their agreement.

04Privacy policy

We collect personal data in one place only: the project form on the contact page (name, email, and whatever you choose to tell us about your project). That data is used to answer you and for nothing else — no resale, no unrelated mailing lists.

• Legal basis: your consent, given when you send the form (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
• Processor: the form is operated by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), which stores submissions on our behalf.
• Retention: enquiries are kept for the time needed to handle them and for up to three years of business relationship, then deleted.
• Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection — write to info@studiocalanque.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The embedded contact form may set strictly functional cookies of its own so the form works; blocking them in your browser only affects the form.

The site is provided as a presentation of the studio's work and services. We keep it accurate and available with reasonable care, but give no warranty of uninterrupted access, and accept no liability for damage arising from its use or from third-party sites it links to.

Project engagements are governed by the written proposal and terms agreed for each project — nothing on this site constitutes an offer binding the studio. These mentions are governed by French law; any dispute falls to the competent courts of Marseille.
